  • Scoop Pilates is open 24/7—so you can work out whenever it suits you!

    We offer self-guided Reformer Pilates sessions that run every hour, on the hour. You’ll need to book your spot via the GymMaster app.

    Our friendly facilitators are available during staffed hours:

    Monday–Friday      
    9am–11am
    4pm–7pm   

    Saturday–Sunday
    7am–10am                                

    Feel free to pop in during these times if you’re new or have questions!

  • Glad you asked! Scoop offers a completely unique Pilates experience. You’ll use a touchscreen on your Reformer to choose from 800+ instructor-led workouts, ranging from quick 5-minute burnouts to 50-minute full-body flows.

    You can:

    • Create your own profile

    • Bookmark your fav classes

    • Bring your own Bluetooth headphones (or borrow ours!)

    • Go at your own pace, anytime

    It’s your workout, your way.

  • Absolutely! Many of our members are total beginners—or returning to fitness after a break.

    If you’re new, we recommend doing your first 3 sessions during our staffed hours (7am–10am or 3pm–6pm), so we can show you the ropes and help you feel confident.
