Terms & Conditions
Welcome to SCOOP Pilates — where movement meets joy. We’re committed to delivering an exceptional Pilates experience in a safe, supportive, and professional environment. By joining our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Options
Intro Offer (2 weeks) – Upfront payment
12-month contracted memberships
Casual Membership
2. Membership Agreement
By becoming a member of SCOOP Pilates, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have read, understood, and accepted this Membership Agreement.
You are medically fit to undertake physical exercise and do so at your own risk.
You assume full responsibility for your health and safety while using our services.
You understand that SCOOP Pilates is not a medical organisation and does not provide medical advice. We recommend consulting a qualified health professional before commencing any new fitness program.
We reserve the right to refuse access if you are unable to provide appropriate medical clearance.
You also agree to:
Notify us of any changes to your contact details.
Pay all membership fees on time and ensure your nominated payment method remains valid.
Inform us of any health risks and obtain medical clearance if needed.
Ensure your body weight does not exceed 150kg (maximum safe capacity of our reformer machines).
Cancel any direct debit arrangements upon the termination or expiry of your membership.
3. Fees and Payments
Our current pricing is listed on our website and may change from time to time. We will correct any accidental pricing errors as needed.
Membership fees are debited weekly from your nominated account or credit card by our payment provider.
We will provide 30 days’ notice prior to any membership fee increases. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated fee.
You may be charged for any bank fees incurred during payment transactions.
This agreement authorises the payment provider to debit your account per the terms outlined.
3.1 Membership for Two
The Membership for Two allows two individuals to share unlimited access under a joint weekly fee of $85. While only one member’s account is required to be set up for direct debit payments, both members must register individually via our membership portal and agree to all studio terms and conditions.
If one member chooses to discontinue, the remaining member has two options:
1.Continue as a single member by transitioning to an individual membership plan and setting up a new direct debit agreement; or
2.Transfer the second spot in the Membership for Two to an eligible family member or friend, subject to approval.
3.2 Failed Payments
If a payment doesn’t go through, your account may be temporarily paused and you won’t be able to book classes through the GymMaster app.
To get things back on track, simply reach out to us at info.scooppilates@gmail.com—we’re happy to help you settle any overdue amounts and reactivate your booking access.
3.3 Termination of 12-month membership:
If a member with a 12-month contract wishes to terminate the membership, the following early termination fees will apply.
within the first 6 months – $700
within 6-9 months – $500
within 9-12 months – Total value of the balance of your contracted term
4. Studio Access and Use
As a member, you will have 24-hour access to the studio through the membership management app. However, we strongly recommend that you book your class in advance to guarantee availability of a reformer bed for your session.
You acknowledge that when using the studio outside of staffed hours the studio will be unsupervised and accordingly, at such times your use of the studio is done so entirely at your own risk. You must follow all posted safety instructions and use equipment only as instructed during your orientation.
Non-Member Access
Only active members are permitted to access the studio. Allowing a non-member to enter the studio is a breach of your agreement.
You will be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from unauthorised access and agree to indemnify SCOOP Pilates accordingly.
You agree to pay a fee for each non-member you allow access, representing a genuine estimate of our loss.
We reserve the right to cancel your membership for such breaches.
4.1 Cancellation of classes
To keep classes fair and accessible for everyone in the SCOOP community, we have a 90-minute cancellation window. If you can’t make it, please cancel your booking in the GymMaster App at least 90 minutes before class starts.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept cancellations by phone, email or social media.

Entry may be refused if you:

7. Orientation/onboarding Requirement
All new members are required to book their first/onboarding class during staffed hours—between 7:00am–10:00am or 4:00pm–7:00pm. This initial session serves as your orientation class and is essential to ensure a safe and confident start.
The class will cover:

Safety protocols
Proper use of equipment
Attendance at this orientation class is mandatory before attending any unstaffed sessions.
8. Pausing Membership
Pausing membership is available only for contracted members who have direct debits set up.
You may pause your membership with two (2) weeks’ written notice.
12-month membership can be paused for up to six (6) weeks within 12 months, and 6-month membership can be paused up to three (3) weeks within the 6 months.
Fees will resume automatically at the end of the pause period.
